1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing reelsviews.net or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

ReelsViews provides Instagram Reels view delivery using smart drip-feed technology. The service delivers views to a specific Instagram Reel URL provided by the customer. We do not:

• Require or request your Instagram password or login credentials
• Access, modify, or control your Instagram account
• Guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, monetization, or viral reach

3. Eligibility & Account Requirements

You represent that:

• You own or are authorized to act on behalf of the Instagram account containing the Reel
• The Reel URL is publicly accessible at the time of order
• Your use of our service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified at checkout
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card data
• Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed orders are honoured at the price paid

5. Delivery

• View delivery begins within minutes of order confirmation
• Delivery is completed via smart drip-feed over a period specified at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on platform conditions
• We are not responsible for delays caused by changes to the Instagram platform or its algorithm

6. 90-Day Retention Guarantee

• If your view count drops below the delivered amount within 90 days of order completion, we will refill the difference automatically
• The guarantee applies to the view count on the specific Reel URL provided at checkout
• The guarantee is void if the Reel is deleted, set to private, or the account is suspended
• The guarantee covers one refill cycle per order

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 24 hours of ordering if delivery has not yet started
• Partial refunds may be issued for undelivered portions if delivery is interrupted by circumstances beyond our control
• No refunds are available once delivery is complete and the 90-day guarantee is active
• Chargebacks filed without prior contact with our support team will result in permanent account suspension

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

• Deliver views to content that violates Instagram's Community Standards (hate speech, violence, illegal content)
• Artificially inflate metrics for the purpose of deceiving advertisers or brand partners through fraudulent representation
• Resell our service without prior written approval (white-label resellers must obtain a reseller agreement)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that view delivery will result in any specific business outcome, revenue, follower growth, or algorithm promotion. Results vary by content quality, niche, and platform conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelsViews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or account suspension by Instagram. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Instagram Platform Risk

Instagram may update its algorithm, policies, or platform at any time. Changes to the Instagram platform may affect delivery outcomes, view retention, or account standing. ReelsViews does not control Instagram's systems and is not liable for consequences arising from platform changes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on reelsviews.net — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of ReelsViews. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our company's registration. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being escalated to litigation.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
